• 1/3 cup organic sliced almonds
  • 1 cup organic dates, pitted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp water
  • ½ cup organic shredded coconut
  1. Add almonds to a food processor and pulse until the texture of breadcrumbs. Add dates and pulse until mixture looks like crumbs. Add vanilla extract and water and pulse for 30 seconds.
  2. Take 1 tablespoon of date mixture and roll into a ball with your hands.
  3. Roll balls into shredded coconut until covered.
