“Camel Pose” (Ustrasana) is a level 1 pose, but do not let that fool you. It is in fact, quite difficult to pull off and maintain. But once you get there, it is so worth it. This stretch is absolutely amazing for you yogis out there with internal organ issues, and back or neck pain. For some, working up to this position is a good idea, unless you can pull it off if so go for it!
