When AJ is not molding the hottest minds, bodies and souls of Hollywood with her “No Excuses” straight-talk approach, she is creating a global movement towards wellness. Hosting and producing for television and radio, AJ created a wellness segment for the WE channel’s Savvy, hosted VH-1’s reality fitness competition From Flab to Fab, TV Guide Network’s Hollywood Bodies. AJ has lent her advice to The Wendy Williams Experience, and Baisden After Dark and has recently joined the Tom Joyner Morning Show syndicated radio team as an expert discussing anything related to obesity in Black America. A.J. is also a radio fixture in the New York, Atlanta, Miami, Baltimore, Los Angeles and Chicago markets. AJ has appeared in and written for publications including Vogue, Women’s Health, Self, Essence, Sister 2 Sister, In Style, Black Health, Monarch, Vibe, Us Weekly, In Touch, and Black Sophisticates Hair.
