Carpal tunnel is an unfortunate condition that effects people all around the world. It occurs when the median nerve in the wrist is compressed, which causes pain, numbness, and tingling in the fingers. While there is medication for pain that could effectively help subside any pain caused by this condition, not everyone wants to take medication. There are alternative methods out there, such as yoga poses that can help with this condition.
